Our professional and friendly team at Commercial Carpet Care will work closely with you to schedule a time after hours to clean your carpets. We can also develop a customized program to clean your carpets in sections as part of our carpet maintenance program. We can schedule carpet cleaning services based on your facilities cleaning needs! For example, high traffic areas such as main hallways would need to be cleaned monthly, whereas conference rooms may only need to be cleaned quarterly. When we arrive at your business, the first thing we will do is conduct a pre-inspection of the rooms or upholstery that needs to be cleaned. We will also take note of any heavily soiled areas. Our friendly and professional team will discuss the cleaning process with you and can answer any questions you may have. We will then move any furniture in the rooms that may be in the way (excluding very large items). To ensure the most thorough and complete cleaning, we will pre-treat any areas of concern. Our team will determine the most appropriate cleaning method for the area, such as a low moisture process method. We will vacuum the carpet areas first, apply an environmentally preferred cleaning product, and pile lift the carpet with one of our GLS machines. When we are done, we will return any moved furniture while the carpet is drying. The drying process typically takes 10 minutes or less.
